Thrashin T-bars, apes & cables: details and FAQ
Thrashin T-bars. Thrashin's low, mid, aggressive mid and high bend bars are 1-inch bars with fly-by-wire keyholes and slots for internal wiring; the mid bend, for example, has a 4" rise, 30" width and 25° sweep. The bar, riser and perch clamp kits let you choose 6" or 8" straight or 6.5" or 9.5" pullback risers in one order. For the 2024+ Road Glide and Street Glide, see 2024+ Road Glide & Street Glide handlebars, or browse the full Thrashin Supply range.
Shop by bike: Touring, Softail, Dyna and Sportster.
Cables and wiring. Taller bars can need longer lines and wiring: LA Choppers cable and brake line kits are made for 12"-14" ape hangers, and the Custom Dynamics 4" throttle-by-wire extension harness is listed for many Softail and Touring models.
Handlebars & risers FAQ
Do I need longer cables with taller bars?
It depends on the total rise of bar plus riser and on your bike. Taller setups can need longer clutch and brake lines and, on throttle-by-wire bikes, a wiring extension. Each bar and kit listing says what it was set up with, so check it for your model before you order.
Will Thrashin bars work on a cable-throttle bike?
Yes, with the Thrashin TBW handlebar plug. The bars have keyholes for fly-by-wire controls, and their listings say cable-throttle bikes need the plug. Check the years and model code on each listing before you order: confirming fitment for your bike is up to you.
Do you install parts, and how do shipping and returns work?
2LaneLife does not install parts, so plan on your own shop or mechanic. Orders process in 2-3 business days, and eligible US orders of $250 or more ship free (domestic only; some items are excluded). Returns, fees and final-sale items are covered in our Refund Policy, and shipping in our Shipping Policy.
