The 156 Curves to Tortilla Flat, AZ - backup
156 Curves through the mountains
We took the Thrashin' boys there for their first time last year, so now it's a bit of a tradition and we love getting out for the day to do rides like that. We were staying outside of Cave Creek, so it took some time on the highway to make it out to Apache Junction, but it was well worth the ride and the weather was perfect.
It was pretty packed down there, but we were able to get a table at the Superstition Saloon to kick back and relax for a bit in good company. They've got a great menu with lots of good eats and different options. We had chicken sandwiches, chili, burgers, and corn bread, and ran into some friends and fans hangin' out in town!
After the ride back, we didn't end up checking things out as far as events go, but we did make out way to The Keg Steakhouse + Bar for some steaks to celebrate our final night and it was hands down our best meal of the trip. For us, it's all about the time spent together and meals are a big part of that!
The following day, we would split up from the Thrashin' guys to begin separate journeys home, so stay tuned for the next adventure!
