Whether you can't make it out on long trips because of time constraints, or you're just not quite ready for a multi-day ride, there are tons of great ways to enjoy a nice day-ride wherever you are, as long as weather permits. We love riding out in Ojai, and thought we'd share one of our favorite day trips in Southern California!

With the fresh air, rides through back road orchards, and unbeatable mountain views, this route never disappoints. Sure, you can get there by freeway, but these hidden highways have so much more to offer!

Eats
While we packed our own lunches for this particular ride, we usually stop at one of our favorite restaurants, the Ojai Deer Lodge. Right off of the Maricopa Highway, it offers a delicious farm-to-table menu and plenty of beers to choose from, all in a rustic relaxing setting. And plenty of motorcycle parking right out front!
